- ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cold unsalted butter cut into small pieces

Instructions
- Warm the oven up to 375°F. Use non-stick food spray on a 9-inch cast iron skillet or cake pan.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl with a whisk. Put away.
- Put sugar and butter or shortening in a big bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to mix them together. Keep mixing for about 3 minutes, or until the mixture is light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla until everything is well mixed.
- Lower the mixer’s speed to low and add the dry ingredients and milk to the sugar mixture one at a time, starting with the dry ingredients and ending with the milk. Mix each addition until it’s just mixed. Bring in the blueberries. Add batter to pan that has been made.
- To make the streusel topping, mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Using your hands, mix the butter pieces in until they make small clumps. Cover the batter with the covering.
- Set the oven to 400°F and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
